Delivery to Sweden and the rest of the EU is arranged after separate confirmation. Availability, stock status, and delivery country are confirmed for each order.
Delivery and returns

Orders start with an inquiry, so delivery, shipping, payment, and return details are confirmed with you before the purchase becomes binding.
Delivery time
You get a preliminary delivery time when we go through your order. No delivery time is binding until it has been confirmed.
Shipping cost
Shipping cost, carrier, and any import or handling details are confirmed before purchase.
Return window
You have a 30-day return window from delivery. It applies in addition to the statutory 14-day withdrawal right for distance purchases. Contact us before you send anything back.
Return condition
The product must be returned complete and in essentially unchanged condition. A deduction for diminished value may apply if the product is used beyond what is needed to inspect it.
Hygiene
Inhalation accessories may be subject to specific hygiene requirements. Any limitations must be stated before purchase.
Refund
Refunds are handled according to applicable consumer rules after the returned product has been received and checked.
Business purchases
Business purchases, clinic setups, and distributor partnerships may have separate terms confirmed in writing.
