Hydrogen water: bottles, tablets or a machine?
Hydrogen water and hydrogen-rich water are the same thing: ordinary water with dissolved molecular hydrogen (H2). The format you choose decides how much hydrogen is still in the glass when you drink it, and that is where the most common mistakes happen.
The formats

Hydrogen is a very small molecule and escapes from water easily. That is why format and freshness matter more than the brand.
Tablets
They dissolve in water and generate hydrogen right in the glass. Cheap to start with and easy to adjust. Concentration peaks right after preparation.
Hydrogen water bottles
Portable bottles with built-in electrolysis. Easy to carry, but the small cell often means lower concentration, and it needs careful cleaning.
Machine / dispenser

The research
Is hydrogen water a scam?
It's a fair question. Molecular hydrogen is a real field of research with published studies and reviews, but marketing in this category often runs ahead of the science. The evidence is promising, not sufficient for health claims, and concentration, freshness and quality vary widely between products. Be skeptical of anything that promises results. Read the studies yourself and compare products on what can be checked: concentration, freshness, materials and care.

Drink it fresh
Concentration is highest right after preparation. Drink it within an hour if you can.
Storage
If you need to keep it, pour it into a well-sealed container and keep it cold, ideally in the fridge.
Drink or inhale?
Hydrogen water is quick to drink and easy to spread across the day. Inhalation delivers a higher concentration in a single session. Compare the formats.
