Comparison

Hydrogen inhaler vs hydrogen water.

Hydrogen inhalation and hydrogen-rich water are two different ways to use molecular hydrogen. The difference is mainly about delivery format, practical routine, and how long the exposure lasts.

Format

Two different routines, not the same product.

One is a seated inhalation session with gas output and a nasal tube. The other is a drink where hydrogen content depends on preparation, container, and time.

Concentration and routine

More concentrated, or quicker and more flexible.

Lita Air delivers a higher, controlled hydrogen concentration in one focused session. Hydrogen-rich water carries a lower concentration of dissolved hydrogen, but it is quicker to drink and can be taken at several points during the day instead of one seated session. The concentration in the water is highest right after it is made and drops over time — that is why it is best drunk within an hour, or kept cold in a well-sealed container.

The choice

Choose by routine, not hype.

For Lita Air, the strength is the clear inhalation routine: approx. 100 ml/min gas output, approx. 3-4% hydrogen concentration, and a recommended 15-60 minute session. Hydrogen water is a category of its own, but it should not be confused with an inhalation device.

For home

Inhalation fits when you want to create a fixed place and time for recovery.

For comparison

Look at flow, concentration, technology, water requirements, hygiene, support, and safety rather than isolated claims.

For research

Molecular hydrogen studies use different methods. Results from one method should not be automatically transferred to another.
