15 minutes
A good place to start while you build the habit and see how it fits into your day.
Session time
For Lita Air, I regenerate recommends 15-60 minutes per session. More time is not necessarily better. What counts is that the sessions actually happen.
Recommendation
The range works as well at home as it does in a clinic or studio. It is long enough for a proper session without hydrogen inhalation taking over your day.
A good place to start while you build the habit and see how it fits into your day.
A comfortable middle ground for the morning, the workday, or the evening, when you want to sit still for a while.
The top of our recommended range, for when you want a longer session. Longer is not automatically better.
A steady rhythm is easier to evaluate than the occasional very long session.
Why this window
The reasons for 15-60 minutes are practical, and the range is not a formula for the best result. A session should fit in before work, during a break, or in the evening without any planning. Short sessions make it easier to get started. The upper limit is there because a longer session rarely makes the routine better, only harder to repeat. Over time, keeping it up matters more than how long any single session lasts.
Three ways to fit it in
15-30 minutes before the day gets going, perhaps with a coffee and a moment to yourself.
A 15-20 minute pause between two blocks of work, a breather alongside your main routine.
30-60 minutes to wind down once the working day is over.
You can split the session into shorter blocks if that suits you better. There is more on this in the questions below.
Practical setup
Put the device on a stable surface, use compatible water, and keep the accessories clean. Then pick a time of day that usually works for you. If you are unsure for medical reasons, consult a qualified healthcare professional before you start.

Common questions
There is no fixed rule. People who stick with the routine tend to use the device on most days, alongside other everyday habits. If you miss a day, it does not matter. Just carry on as usual the next day.
No. 60 minutes is the upper end of our recommendation and not a goal in itself. A shorter session that happens is better than a long one you skip.
Yes, if that fits your day better. What counts is the total time within 15-60 minutes. It does not have to be one continuous block.
Both work. Many people prefer the morning for an unhurried start to the day, others the evening to wind down. Choose the time you find easiest to stick with.
