What you inhale
Lita Air produces a gas mix with approx. 3-4% hydrogen concentration, a level chosen with safety first.
Guide
Hydrogen inhalation means breathing in hydrogen gas. Molecular hydrogen, H2, is produced at a controlled concentration and inhaled during a set session. It reaches you through a nasal tube, and you breathe at your own pace. At I regenerate it is a wellness routine and not a medical treatment.
The basics
Lita Air is made for people who want hydrogen as part of everyday life, without exaggerated promises. We recommend 15-60 minutes per session. Coming back to it regularly counts for more than making each session long.

The hydrogen comes from titanium PEM electrolysis of compatible distilled or purified water. Read more in our titanium PEM guide.
More time is not necessarily better. For most people, a 15-60 minute session is easier to keep up day after day.
Lita Air is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
Lita Air in practice
A device like this is usually called a hydrogen inhaler, or H2 inhaler. Using it is straightforward: fill it with compatible water as instructed, connect the inhalation accessory, sit comfortably, and keep the session within the recommended window. Product data is listed under Lita Air specifications.
Research on molecular hydrogen is growing. We cite it as educational background and make no promise of individual results from Lita Air.
